Our first meetup of 2019 was up in Winslow, AZ for our Northern members! We met up at Mojo Coffee Co for some Italian Sodas, an ice cream cone, making vision boards, and time to just relax and connect!

This was actually the first time either of us had ever made a vision board! The idea is that you bring magazines, pictures, or other materials that you can pull photos and words from that build the idea of a goal of theme so that you can visually see what you’re working towards.

There are different ways you can approach a vision board. You can go in with a plan and look for specific colors, words, and photos. You can go in and clip out any image or word that stands out to you and then once you have a good pile of clippings you step back and see how they tie together. It can be a fun way to visualize and verbalize your hopes and goals, even if you don’t have a concrete vision for the future yet.

It was fun to see themes come together and ideas take shape!

And then of course we made it a family day and had to stop for a moment to dance on the corner!
